Visual Emissions Evaluations (VEE)
Opacity Testing Using Method 9, Method 22, and Ringelmann Method
We provide certified evaluations for visible emissions:
- Method 9: Quantifies visible emissions using trained observers.
- Method 22: Detects the presence of visible emissions.
- Ringelmann Method: Uses visual charts to determine smoke density levels.
These tests are required by EPA standards and help facilities ensure ongoing compliance.
Diesel Opacity Testing – SAE J1667
We perform diesel opacity testing using the Testo 350:
